Our regular board meetings are open to all members and the public. Our monthly regular board meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 6pm pursuant to the Bylaws. Meeting information is posted on the Ace Calendar.

Per Board action at this regular board meeting,  Ace Board of Directors and Officers recognize and adopt the organization’s existing Whistleblower Policy, as outlined in the current Employee Handbook, as applicable to Board members and Officers. This action is also documented in the Ace Monster Toys Whistleblower Policy.

Per Board Action at this regular board meeting, the Ace Monster Toys Document Retention Policy was approved.
