The bylaws establish the schedule for regular meetings of the Board of Directors.
Article 3 DIRECTORS §8 REGULAR AND ANNUAL MEETINGS Regular meetings of directors shall be held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM, unless such day falls on a legal holiday, in which event the regular meeting shall be held at the same hour and place on the next business day.
Current Schedule
The bylaws were amended in 2026 to change the regular meeting day to the second Tuesday of each month, effective per June 18, 2026 Board Meeting.
Prior Schedule
Under the bylaws in effect prior to the 2026 amendment, regular Board meetings were scheduled for the third Thursday of each month.

Board meeting records are published in a Wiki post with an identifying Tag: Board Meeting Minutes to identify whether the meeting was Tag:Regular Board Meeting per Bylaws or Tag:Special Board Meeting.
Regular meetings may include elections or other business in addition to the Board’s ordinary business. Such meetings remain identified as Regular when they were held as the regularly scheduled Board meeting and may have “Election” added to the corresponding Wiki post title.
When a scheduled meeting could not proceed because a quorum was not present, the corresponding record is identified in the post title as “Not Held (No Quorum)” or “Informal Meeting Notes (No Quorum).”
