Here are the steps to posting drafts

1. Copy the approved text and URL from the Social Media Worksheet
2. Create a new post in Hootsuite
3. Choose the steams to post to from the Worksheet
4. Paste the text and URL into the body of the post
5. Shorten the URL with Owly
6. Choose a photo that matches the event. Be careful not to overuse images.
7. Add Alt text to the image
8. Using the date from the worksheet schedule the post and choose save draft
