If a member asks for a replacement fob to be activated do the following.
Check that the member’s profile info is valid:
- Membership Agreement Date
- Liability Waiver Date
- Emergency Contact Date
- A photo of their un-obscured face showing up in the AMT Directory Picture field
Use this decimal to hexadecimal converter site to change the fob number given to you by the member

Take the number from “Hex signed 2’s complement (8 digits)” and add 2A to the beginning, in this case: 2A0098967F
Now lookup the user in the WordPress Dashboard. Users > All Users

Click on the FOB Activation link and enter the 10-digit number in the field and click Update

To send a new fob activation email, click the Customer Data tab
From the right-hand Schedule Emails Menu choose “Replacement Fob”
Click the Schedule Email button
