The Ace Board of Directors and Officers recognize and adopt the organization’s existing Whistleblower Policy, as outlined in the current Employee Handbook, as applicable to Board members and Officers.

This policy provides a framework for reporting concerns regarding suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, violations of laws or policies, or other organizational concerns. It is intended to support transparency, accountability, and appropriate handling of reported issues.

The full Whistleblower Policy, including reporting procedures and protections, is available in the Employee Handbook. Board members and Officers should refer to that policy for complete details.

Board Action: The Board adopted this policy extension by motion at the June 18, 2026 Regular Board Meeting.
