Board Action

At the October 4, 2024 Special Board meeting, the Board elected Katie Harrell (she/her) as Secretary of Ace Monster Toys dba Ace Makerspace.

The meeting was properly noticed and a quorum was present. The action was duly moved, seconded, and approved in accordance with the bylaws.
