Ace Makerspace Membership Refund Policy

All members control their membership accounts**, including cancellation. Cancellations are not prorated, and all billing is in 1-month increments. Membership** is tied to access to Ace Makerspace, not to use of any particular tool or space. Refunds based on lack of use are usually not provided.

Requesting a Refund

If you think that you have extenuating circumstances and would like to request a refund, e-mail [email protected]. Submissions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds take 7-10 days for Ace Makerspace to process.
