You will need:

• Adobe InDesign
• Template or pick up files
• Colored paper
• Access to a picture

Step 1 – Create a design file

• Copy one of the existing data pack INDD Files
• Add the specific tool information for the tool you are making the pack for
• Create a PDF and verify the information is correct  with the steward or team

Step 2 – Print and Laminate

It is easiest to print several information packages at once.

• Place the pages in the INDD file according to what colored paper they need to be printed out on
• Print them on the correct colored paper
• Trim them out of the pages
• Laminate them with at least a 1/8 inch border
• Trim out of the lamination
• Punch a hole in the upper left-hand corner
• Attach to a key ring and magnet
• Attach to the relevant tool
