Subject Domain-based addresses – These are full google accounts and should be used for doing business in the generics like similar to info@. This includes account creation on platforms that Ace gets generic services on except when the platform allows for teams. These accounts would be for when we have a higher volume need for both platform accounts and a generic point of contact. Off the top these are the one’s I can think of: secretary@ and treasurer@ social@ network@ admin@
Group-based addresses – These are google group accounts not full accounts. They cannot have drives or send email from a regular client. They are not used for system-of-record interactions. These are for generic points of contact where a group of people can respond. They would never be used for platform or service accounts. These kinds of accounts would work great for teams too.
Individual addresses – These are full google accounts. Addresses should be the person’s name (first, or first.last) and the signature should reflect their job in the org. These have drive accounts attached to them. What is nice is that both email and drive content can be relatively easily migrated withing on “organization”.
