Floating around the metal shop are two clamp-on vises. Each provide work-holding and rotation around two axes, relatively controlled by two set screws.

Each vise has two clamping areas to provide flexibility in work-holding. The jaws have a maximum opening of approx. 3″

The mounting clamp has a maximum clearance of 1.5″

Each vise has a flat area on top that can be used as a light-duty anvil.

Be sure to use the vise with a suitably robust table / surface relative to the work being done.
