Expanded PVC
Preliminary research suggests that it can/should be cut at hi RPM (18000) and IPM (200) with 3/8″ dia. O-flute bits.
18000 x .375 = 6750
So the tool face should be going about 6750 SFM.
Practical testing still pending.
