Team Laser Meeting Notes 11/23/22

Fan replacement purchased, and David is on the job for pick up that will get us back in action Friday (🪵+ ✊) – Sourcing replacement fan for the existing one possibly turns out to be part of a harbor freight dust collector)

Access point is currently on deck after the current development project, est. re-start in January.

Cleaning is running behind according to the logs. We need to do cleaning every other week through end of year as there are too many production and gift runs going on. I am scheduled to clean and train cleaning from 12:30ish to 1:30 ish start time dependant on when David lands. David and Josh are coming and I would be open to inviting one more low-maintenance person.

We are deferring the service call for early January and discussed grid mapping the bed to have the info to place the service call + validate repair.

Holiday workshops – we are gonna go with kits and labs as long as we have time to make them. Will take about 1 hour to make and I can make a variable price product to support it. It will be the Laser Lab for December.
We are offering free customization for relevant items that will be sold in the Ace Holiday Marketplace (OFF, Head West, and Onsite + Online at Ace in new installation in 206).
Will posting a limited menu for folks to chose from
Will try to schedule these things during the tours cause demonstrations are rad

Kits are a big success – we are almost out of kits! We need to restock the coaster and clocks! Need a bit of help but we have all the stuff

David and I need to troubleshoot slate art as we are getting import errors + finish up clock art.
David will be doing a User rebuild on the computer as we are starting to get those slow down’s again
David is going to continue rotary experimentation with a 1 hour Demonstration event to be scheduled the second week (or so) of December
All other initiatives are for the new year cause daaaaang
The team is rockin’ it… how can Ace celebrate you? Custom workshop? monogrammed hoodies?
