Program Admin and Services

Purchaseing

AMT will take care of buying student PPE gear and various other standard supplies for the program. The DSC is responsible for making sure to inventory and put purchase requests in at with enough time for things to get shipped.

How to request AMT to make a purchase

  1. Login to asana and create a task for the items you want purchased
  2. Include how many of each item needs to be purchased
  3. Include a link to the product for online purchasing (amazon or other know vendor is best)
  4. Include when it is needed
  5. Include contact information for who is managing the supplies at the DSC
  6. Assign the Task to Crafty Rachel (Rachel McCrafty)

Purchasing is generally done Monday’s and Wednesdays.

Advertising

  • AMT is responsible for advertising to its members and social media channels
  • Scheduling event on Meetup.com
  • Accepting RSVPs
  • Doing other random promotion in the world

Billing and Finances

  • AMT Needs to be invoiced in order to cut checked to the DSC. We can pay by check, EFT or PayPal.
  • AMT requires receipts for all out of pocket expenses that the DSC would like to be reimbursed for.
  • Bills are processed on Monday’s and Wednesdays.
  • Invoices from June 1 going forward should include only student fees that have been paid for via meetup.com
  • The DSC is responsible for all refund funds AMT is required to process should the DSC cancel any classes.
