Board Action

At the January 2, 2025 Special Board meeting, the Board elected Sylvia Gonzalez as Chair of the Board of Directors of Ace Monster Toys dba Ace Makerspace. In the absence of a President, the Chair acts as CEO.

The meeting was properly noticed and a quorum was present. The action was duly moved, seconded, and approved in accordance with the bylaws.
