== Best Practices when scheduling items ==

*include a picture or video
*Pictures should be 2:1 ratio for facebook and twitter (instagram is more flexible)
*When a link has a preview deselect it (unless it is the only image associted with the post)
*Try not to use images more than 1 time per 3 month span of time
*As each tweet/post is added mark it in ”’BOLD”’
