• Approval of the Minutes from October 26 (1min) – unanimously approved (2 of 2)

Shout outs and Highlights!

• December Membership Revenue all time high and Dec Class revenue high for year!
• Up 28 Paying members total since July 2021 and Up 10 Premium Members and 21 Standard Members!
• 4 new Premium Members in Dec ’21! – It’s hard to tell why this may have occurred, but contributing factors include more explicitly naming how people pay for Premium Memberships and who (what type of people) should self-select into premium memberships
• SBA Loan approval!
• Solidarity Award from Homies Empowerment! – Ace was one of only two tech organizations recognized at this event; Rachel asks what could Ace do to be a catalyst for our tech-connected members to plug themselves or their organization into the community
• Anything Else! – a new instructor for textiles has accepted an offer!
