Shout outs and Highlights!

• Membership revenue in March 2022 was up to a new all-time record – more than $15k!
• Up 47 Paying members total since Sep 2021!
• Revenue from classes was more than $6k last month!

• Still not at the point where we are breaking even, we will not make a profit for the year, expected to be under for the rest of the year.
• Need 35 more paying members (goal 185 total). Estimate 5 months until we hit this goal.
• Looking to improve signup process for for people to get automatic signup during tours/workshops.

• We want to plan a staff party – ideas are escape room, cooking class, getting an event hosted by another org.
• ED new salary approved in slack by board, noted in minutes (62.4k)
• New Board Meeting Cadence – Monthly DEI, Quarterly financial/governance.
