The bars are managed by the Operations Manager and supported by staff, Monster Corps, and members.
Here is the short list of what the job is:
- Stock the snacks and drinks
- Stock paper goods
- Collect the money (monthly)
Stocking the Bars
Stock the honor bars in Clean Fabrication and Coworking. DO NOT OVERSTUFF THE JARS AND BINS. Things should be neat, not smashed, and not overly full. Make it retail attractive! They can be refilled 2x per week. A selection of beverages goes in the fridges.
When stocking, take note of what inventory is available in the backstock closet in Laser and stock things so that there is a variety of each item on the shelves.

Pricing
Pricing categories
- Snacks
- Soda
- Clif Bars

Use the pricing worksheet to figure out what category to put an item in or if an item works within our margins. We need to charge enough to cover the bad debt and unbillable expenses as well as incidentals like utensils, cups, etc.
Money and Billing
