As a volunteer organization, Ace Monster Toys needs simple and effective policies which clearly state the expectations of people who interact with the space and its equipment. In general, simpler policies are preferred, and rules for the sake of rules are to be frowned upon.

There are cameras in the space, and they do record video. The policy is that the administrative staff will not make copies of the video, will not bypass auditing controls which record who accesses the video files, and will only look at the video files when they have a need to do so.
