Provisional vs Full Membership

When you first sign up to be a member at Ace Makerspace, you are considered to be a provisional member. Provisional members can become Full Members after four months of membership by request. Full members become part owners of the Ace Monster Toys non-profit corporation, and are thereby able to participate in governance, by voting for the board and for bringing other provisional members into full membership. There is no other difference between full and provisional members. We encourage everyone to become a full member so as to become more involved in the governance and management of ACE, but it is not required.
