The Member Directory is an online tool that is available to dues-current members* of AMT.

It is designed to help members connect over shared interests or to share knowledge. This profile functions as your digital membership card with vendors who give us discounts!

The directory includes three kinds of pages.

• A Directory Page – A list of members with photos and basic information
• A Profile Page – A expanded profile of an individual member with basic information including certifications
• A Skills Page – This page returns information about a certain skill including who can teach it and who would like to learn it.

 How to Update your basic information

The member directory works best when everyone takes a few moments to update a bit of information about themselves.

• Login to acemonstertoys.org]
• Go to your wordpress dashboard (link in upper left or right hand corner) – This is not the dashboard under your “My Account Page”
• Go the “My Profile” link to access your profile
• Update Your First Name to the name you would like people to call you to your face
• Go the the section “AMT Profile Information”
  • Add a picture of yourself (square is best)
  • Add your slack handle
  • Change to the title to reflect any titles you may have
  • Add or Choose any skills you would like to share or learn
• Save the profile!

How to add to your individual profile

Profiles show basic information about you, your certifications and links to any posts you may have published on the site. It also has an area for you to add any content you would like just like any WordPress post.

• Login to acemonstertoys.org
• Click through to your full-page profile
• Click edit post at the top of the page
• Edit it as you like and then save it
