The tube is dead NOW!
The laser power supply generates exceedingly high voltage in order to excite the CO2 gas inside the laser tube
So please MAKE Good insulating on the Anode. Please note the manual and other clear photos we prepared for this procedure.
Please don’t worry, your machine will running as well AGAIN! (I thought you have electrician must know this point, but please make sure to do good insulation on Anode.)

(BTW, do you have any dealer for 80watt local America? I think if they have and you can get a replace tube faster than us.)
- Buy a replace 80w laser tube
–I feel very sorry David, I think tube is not within warranty period, right? (it is over 3 months warranty) - Change the tube with our TECH Support’s help.
