The monthly metrics are run as part of the State of the Organization Report (SOO).

Admin access to the primary site and the spreadsheet on the Ace google drive is required.

Pulling Membership Numbers

1. Login to acemakerspace.org
2. Download the data as CSV’s using the following links:

   4. https://www.acemakerspace.org/export/members-full/?part=4
3. Merge all the data into one spreadsheet before scrubbing
   1. Remove all non-active accounts
   2. Remove all accounts that are not in the date range
   3. Remove all development accounts
4. Remove contractor accounts (cleaners, remote dev.s that don’t use the space)
5. Add Membership Count Data Column and populate

Soft Demographics

Scan through the Membership director and count the categories.
