• Go to Lastpass and get the credentials to login at https://protect.ui.com/ (or request credentials from [email protected] if you don’t have lastpass access)
• Use the simple interface to find the footage you want to review.

What you are checking for on the daily check

• Space use matching the Check-in / Check-out logs
• Messes
• Mask / COVID-19 Safety

What you are looking for for a Check-Out Over-ride

• Go to the live feed and count the people in the in each room
• Verify the “overdue to check out person is really not there” before doing an admin over ride to check them out.

Exporting Video Clips

1. Bring a USB drive to clean fab; insert Drive into camera system processing unit. (As of July 2019, this was stored on the underside of the computer table near the stairwell in Clean Fab. You may need to remove the entire unit from its storage location to access USB port).
2. Switch input on monitor
3. Select Playback option using top bar
4. Insert credentials
5. Navigate to dates/times under review
6. Using the scissor icon, clip video. The default maximum export length is five minutes. Multiple clips can be exported.
7. Close Playback menu; Export dialog box should appear
8. Select clip(s) to export.

Viewing Stored Video Clips

1. Ensure that you have access to camera system Player. If working offline, this should be part of the export file. Note: player only works on Windows machines (.exe extension). .
2. Open Player, use File > Open to navigate to selected video clip.
