== Refreshments ==

We are seeking the following types of refreshments for the party, either contributed, donated or funded by AMT. For the funded stuff we are looking for a shopper. For the donated stuff we are looking local business sponsorship as well as pot luck goodies. We don’t have solid numbers yet but I expect between 50 and 100 people over the course of the night.

== Decorations and Equipment ==

*We are seeking the following loans of decorations or equipment… in the space by 12/11 or the AM of 12/12
*Table cloths
*Christmas lights
*Little Speakers (for a phone for music) 2 sets – One for woodshop and one for Textiles
*Coolers – 2 larger
*General Holiday Bling
*Disco balls

== Schedule ==

*Saturday Afternoon – 2pm to 4 pm – Decorate and do basic set up for the party
*Saturday – 5/5:30 – Set up hands on activities (as needed each activity may need more or less time)
*6pm – 9:30 – Have a great party
*Sunday – Come back and put away decorations – clean up (note cleaners booked for the Monday after the party)
