This feature is part of our custom booking and occupancy control software. Booking is not tool reservation.

For the cleaners

Officers book the bi-monthly cleaners including booking all the rooms.

In order to book the space for the cleaners bi-monthly visits you will need the user name and password for the cleaners account. See lastpass for credentials.

Go to the booking admin page and book out all the spaces for the duration of their visit. Once they confirm they are done make sure they have checked out any spaces they may have checked into via the booking page for the cleaner account.

For other contractors

The officer that books the contractor is responsible for the booking. Make yourself a facilities manager and book in the time in the correct room for your contractors. Examples, IT, ATT/Sonic, movers, electricians, machine technicians.

The responsible officer is responsible for informing all contractors of the correct C19 protocols for being at Ace as well as keeping up to date contact information should there be an exposure.
