We need folks to set-up/breakdown and man the table. Also we need projects to show.

If you have a project you would like to show please add it to the spreadsheet with a little blurb about the project.

==Schedule ==
”’Saturday Afternoon:”’
We can load in the day before. We don’t have to but I highly recommend it.
Load in times pending info from EBMMF folks.. it is usually in the afternoon.

”’Sunday:”’
8:30/9 AM ish – Land at Faire, get coffee, learn about projects do any additional set-up
5 pm – Pack it up and take it back to the shop

==Preparing for the event==
(the real-time project management for this event will be handled in asana)
Here is a general idea of the stuff that should be done prior to event
*Print some handouts
*Laser some give aways
*Print and laminate project blurbs
*Find and clean up the Events box (has banners and tabelcloths, etc.)
*Get and distribute tickets to vollys
