RIDGID 4 Gallon 5.0 Peak HP Portable Shop Vacuum

This shop vac is intended to be used with the dust separator, which gets attached to the router table or power sanders.  In fact, any shop vac can be used with the dust separator, but this shop vac is small enough to fit under the router table and the other shop vacs are not.

This shopvac has a smaller hose (1 7/8″ instead of 2″).  That means the hose end fits inside of fittings that accept a 2″ hose on the outside.  For example, the dust separator and the delta bandsaw both work with this shop vac’s hose inserted inside of the fitting.
