Booth Schedule
We should have at least three or four people per time-slot for coverage, monitoring the shooting gallery, etc.
Access Bracelets: We will be exchanging these bracelet’s as we change shifts.. only one bracelet can be in use on one person at a time.
It is your responsibility to either leave your bracelet with the people manning the booth OR pass it to the next person. Example: So when Myles comes on shift I will give him my bracelet and I will go.

Carrying Things To and Fro
We need people with vehicles to volunteer to carry stuff in and out. Whoever brings stuff in on Saturday morning will need to park in the Maker Faire lot and should get one of the comp tickets.
People helping with load-in Friday or Saturday morning: Aaron, Chris, Stefan, Rachel, Hazard
People helping with load-out Sunday evening: Marc L.
Packing list
Handouts. Art due to the printer 5/13 – Pick up 2500 from PS Print Thursday
Exhibit bin: tape, scissors, power strips, sharpies, table covers, banners (6foot + stand)

Stuff to build/make
- 8 little block stands for signage
- 8 foot banner – needs varnish and grommets
- Exhibit signs – Need description of each thing (send to crafty Rachel and she will print out signs)
- Hi score poster for shooting gallery. Could be a narrow sandwich board with chalkboard paint.
- Give away prizes for shooting gallery. Crafty Rachel can do etched file for dog tags if somebody else can laser them.
- Any other awesome give way?
- T-shirts – Idea 1: Down and dirty spray paint stencils and each person can do their own / Idea 2: We get a slick pro like Atom to pop a few together. If their is high interest crafty Rachel can do some single color or 2 color art by 5/11/12
- Mugs: Steffan how do you want to work the mug sitch?
- Big poster of our regular events or the calendar for the next three months and how to find us on meet up.
