Equipment Replacement Reserve Policy

Funded Depreciation Strategy — Monthly cash contributions to capital equipment maintenance and replacement reserves are matched to depreciation to the extent supported by available surplus, with contributions deferred when necessary to preserve operating liquidity. Note that depreciation is a noncash expense reported monthly under Operating Expenses in the Statement of Activity.

Strategic Plan

The 2025-2026 Strategic Plan and 2025 Strategic Goals are provided as references to demonstrate the connection between financial policies, long-term financial planning, resource allocation, and the organization’s broader strategic direction. The strategic documents are separate from and do not form part of the Financial Policies.
